Q) Do you still travel to clients?
A) I have my own Salon in Stanway, Colchester, so I no longer travel to clients for beauty treatments. However, I can still travel to you if it’s for a large group booking, party booking, wedding, or special occasion. All of these need to be arranged with me by phone, email or text.
Q) How far will you travel (for special bookings)?
A) I cover all of Colchester and the surrounding areas up to 30 minutes drive away from the town centre. I can travel further, but we will need to agree on a travel charge. As mentioned above, I only travel to clients for special bookings arranged by phone, email or text. For normal beauty treatments, all clients need to come to my Salon from now on.
Q) What payment methods do you accept?
A) I accept debit or credit cards, cash or online bank transfers.
Q) What if I need to cancel / change my appointment?
A) Please call, text or email me ASAP – If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice and there will be no charge. Otherwise a cancellation charge of 50% will be payable before you can book another appointment with me. If you do not cancel the full cost of the planned treatments will be payable. Thanks for your understanding.
Q) Can you offer a discount for a group/party?
A) Please call, text or email me – if it’s not one of my standard packages, i’ll see what I can do for you if the group/party size is 4 or more people.
Q) What’s the address of the Salon?
A) The Salon is located in Stanway, Colchester. You will get the full address when you book an appointment.
Q) Are you a ‘proper business’ insured and fully qualified?
A) YES. This is my job and i’m fully qualified and insured. I follow all treatment procedures correctly & take your well-being and safety very seriously.
Q) I’m nervous about booking, i’ve never used a mobile therapist?
A) Please don’t be nervous, if you have any concerns just give me a call or contact me and i’ll gladly explain how things work. I’m here to help you look amazing in the most convenient and affordable way! I promise I don’t bite! 🙂
