If you contact me for help you will receive prompt and courteous attention at all times, and I’ll try my best to help you resolve your problems.
I make every effort to ensure that I accurately represent my products, services and their potential.
All photographs of treatments used on this website are my own, taken of treatments I have done for my own clients. No stock photos of treatments have been used.
If you use the online booking system to make an appointment, you should receive confirmation of your booking by either email, text or phone. If not, you understand it is your responsibility to contact me and confirm the booking has been received.
If you need to cancel or change a pre-existing appointment, you agree to contact me at least 24 hours before the appointment time & date, otherwise you agree to pay a cancellation charge or forfeit your deposit (if one has been paid).
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice and there will be no charge. Otherwise a cancellation charge of 50% will be payable before you can book another appointment with me. If you do not cancel, or I travel to you and you’re not available, the full cost of the planned treatments will be payable. Thanks for your understanding.
